Wondering how to navigate the transition from high school to the next exciting chapter of life for youth with developmental or intellectual disabilities?

Join us for the Family Knowledge Exchange Series, an engaging and interactive learning experience designed for families, siblings, caregivers, and self-advocates. Presented in partnership with the Ottawa Family Support Network, this four-part series, delivered over two sessions, offers a structured space for meaningful discussions, expert insights, and practical resources. Facilitated by Stephanie King, an experienced educator and content expert, each session will foster connection, knowledge-sharing, and actionable strategies to support and empower families.
