This informative session will be conducted virtually, and facilitated by Hélène Courchesne, Able2's Program Manager. She will provide an overview of how Able2's person-directed planning can support a better life for your loved ones with a developmental/intellectual disability, outline the benefits, and how best to leverage these types of services.
